I slowly opened my eyes and shut them right back when the glaring light from outside streamed in, almost blinding my groggy eyes. I adjusted to the light and that was when I realized there was someone before me, his long arms wrapped around me, his chest in my face.

I didn't think he was truly going to come.

I had no idea when he entered. I must have slept off.

I looked up at his flawless, beautifully sculpted face. I could not get tired of looking at it. I ran my thumb over the smoothness of his well-shaped brows.

Damn! He was perfect.

The loud ring of his phone made me pull back hurriedly.

He woke up, his eyes on me.

“Good morning”

“Good morning. You should answer your phone” I said, his unwavering stare made me squirm uncomfortably.

He grabbed the phone and answered it. He hung up a few seconds later without a word to the person on the other end.
