The party was not of interest to me, looking around, I just felt bored.

It was annoyingly loud, with the music and the light; I regretted coming. I had thought this would help me get my mind off someone, but it wasn’t helping.

My wolf was getting attached to Lyra, and I hated it. Hell, I hated the fact that I was beginning to fall for her; it was just a dare, and I wasn't supposed to feel like this.

I exhaled slowly, releasing a ragged breath as I walked through the crowd, planning on leaving here.
