No Don't, Raul!

The governor took a seat as he knew that it was going to be a very long conversation. He told Raul all that had happened from the massacre he watched on television to the president’s visit to his house.

Raul recalled what Ella had said while they were discussing Hayley’s visions. He wondered why he had not stopped Tom from attending that meeting. He began to feel guilty and responsible for bringing them out of the president’s trap.

“I could have stopped them from attending that meeting,” Raul emphasized.

“This is not your fault, Raul.” The governor tried to console him.

“I am responsible for their safety and I have failed. How can I do anything without them? They have been like family to me; a family that I never had.”  Raul began to sob.

Soon, Hayley walked in on their call at the sound of Raul’s voice and asked.

“What’s going on, Raul? Who are you talking to?&rdqu
