Raul’s lessons 1: A Diplomatic approach
Raul took a deep breath standing at the front door of Ella’s house. He had been standing there for almost five minutes contemplating within himself whether or not to knock on the door.
Meanwhile, Ella was watching him from her window, unseen. She chuckled at his confused state, studying his expressions to know what he was up to. Raul kept his cool and made up his mind to leave without being noticed. Ella watched him walk down the stairs and then she opened the window and called out to him.
“Is that the best option?”
He was a little stunned. He turned to look at her window to see her looking out and smiling at him.
“I wanted to check if you were home but then I remembered you usually work late on Mondays. Didn’t realize you were back early.” Raul lied.
“Hmm… so what now?” she folded her arms gazing at him. She knew he was making it up but she wanted him to come into her house willingly.

The world of the originals was like heaven for Raul. He had started adapting to their way of life and almost forgot his purpose for the visit to the human world. He finally moved to his new apartment with the help of Tom and Heather who assisted him in getting the place. Claire also helped him move. It was a weekend and school was closed for the weekend.Kal was there too, he was moving boxes from the truck into the apartment. It was a small apartment but it had everything anyone would need in a home and most importantly, it was comfortable.
