Back in the mainlands, Flint had made a decree that prevents anyone from leaving the walls of the East wing. It was followed by punishment of death on sight for anyone who violates the law.

This made it difficult for the young werewolf and his friends who wished to seek asylum in the Western aisles to move out. There was a curfew that lasted for twelve hours beginning from 6 pm after working hours that allowed citizens to go about their daily businesses.

Every day, the young werewolf would gather his friends in his house before the curfew began to strategize on a plan to sneak out of the city. They were about ten of them, all young werewolves between the ages of twenty-one to twenty-five. They served in the palace before they were replaced with the human slaves turned werewolves.
