Author's POV

Miranda soliloquize to herself, she was feeling terrible and saw herself to be less of anything Darren will ever choose.

She was having the feelings that Darren would never love her back even if he regains his memories. She wasn't sure of the love.

She wasn't certain that she would ever get back the love that she desired.

Probably fate was punishing her. This was the best way karma wanted to punish her.

"No one understands how I feel no matter how you sympathize with me, no one can ever understand what I'm going through." She muttered.

Carl smirked. "It's okay Miranda, I'm with you, and I'll fight this battle alongside you." He said in a tune that made it look as though he was really sympathetic for her.

"Vivian has been an outstanding protagonist in our lives for too long and she needs to be eliminated for good, she needs to leave our life once and for all so we can have some peace of mind and I promise you that I am going to fight alongside you Miranda." He muttered.
