ATHENA'S POV

‘Psst.’ I heard Avory in my mind.

‘You know there is no one else who can hear you, so you don't have to sneak in on me like a thief,’ I closed the book before giving a last look at the endless doodles I was drawing because I had pretty much nothing to do for the moment.

‘Oh yeah, sorry about that,’ she giggled.

‘And you call me stupid,’ I rolled my eyes.

‘Because that you are.’ I was about to argue back with her, but she cut me to it. ‘Enough with the banter now.’ Seriously? She was the one who started it! ‘I needed to discuss something important.’

‘OK, what is it?’

‘Xavier is not going to be back for a while, now that he is busy with pack work. We can use this time to train.’

‘OK, and how long are you planning to train?’

‘And how long are you planning to train?’

‘A few hours would be more than enough.’

‘I need a number, miss.’

‘Around 2. Maybe 3?’

‘OK, let me mind link Xavier and let him know,’ I had to make sure he doesn't go around thinking I'm missing or somet
