97| The battlefield.. Charge

Elsa didn't sleep. She was still fully awake expecting Red's presence any moment as she sat on her bed. Her legs were shaking in fear, but nevertheless, she was really trying to control her fear.

As soon as the door was forcefully pushed open, her heart jerked a little, but she shut her eyes to control and hide her fear.

"Where's she?" She heard his cold voice immediately he stepped in,

She remained seated, trying hard not to let his hoarse voice intimidate him.

"What are you talking about?" She asked, trying as much as possible not to think about anything, or let her fear control her mind for he could read mind.

He waited, trying to read her mind, and smell her fear, but there was nothing. He really wanted to blame someone because of his anger, but her innocence was actually making him believe she really wasn't the one.

Deciding to try again, he started taking steps closer to her, but she was fast enough to realize what he wanted to do.
