Chapter 10

Celine began to fetch the water and it went for another one hour, her hands were straining her so bad and she was getting exhausted. It was a whole lot of struggle putting the fetcher inside the deep well and drawling it out. 

When the labour leader told her that it was time for break, she dropped the fetcher and sunk tiredly to the grassy floor beside the well, she curled up her two legs and was breathing heavily. She was so exhausted. 

Once the break was over, she would have to resume fetching of the water, the thought of it alone was a torture. It's sad that it was her father who commited evil but it was her who was suffering the consequences. 

She had her tired head resting on her weak legs that were curled up together, while in a sad thought, she heard a tap on her hands that were resting on her knees then she raised her head.
