I sat on my bed, my heart pounding in my chest, as Alpha Axel took a seat opposite me. We had been through so much, our relationship strained by his past mistakes, but now he was here, offering a genuine apology.

"Racheal, I'm truly sorry for everything," he began, his voice filled with sincerity. "I should have listened to you, trusted you more. I let my pride and the expectations of others cloud my judgment. Will you please forgive me?"
