We were thrown a surprise class test in mid-week and thanks to Artemis that I could make it. Nicole had gone AWOL after promising me that she would join the school only because of me. I should have known. She must have convinced Gabe to not attend the school. One of these days I was going to drag her with me to school.

After our last sexcapade in which Apollo lifted me and carried me to our bedroom, I was finding it difficult to meet eyes with Artemis. I mean he was always sitting around me, mostly in the front, and I was sure I was smelling of his brother. Heck, I was sure the entire class smelled him off me by now. The girls started keeping their distance from me. Rita was nowhere to be seen while Duncan and Gilbert sat away from Artemis. I hated to admit that I was the cause of a rift between good friends.
