Georgia’s POV

The courtyard was a battlefield, the air thick with ash and the snarls of Lydia’s allies. Their glowing eyes cut through the haze like beacons of malice, and my heart hammered as I scrambled to my feet, pain radiating from my shoulder. Kael was already up, his body coiled like a predator, his gaze darting between the encroaching figures and me. Sylvara stood at his side, her dagger glinting as she muttered words under her breath, her violet eyes blazing with focus. The wards she was weaving shimmered faintly, a fragile barrier against the onslaught.

“Georgia, stay behind me,” Kael growled, his voice barely human. His claws extended, and I could feel the power radiating from him, the alpha ready to tear through anything to protect his pack and me.

But my eyes were locked on the spot where Lydia had stood, her taunting smile burned into my mind.

Her words echoed, sharp and venomous: “Going somewhere, Georgia?” The way she’d looked at me, like I was nothing more than an o

Lyssandra’s POVThe world felt like it was spinning, and not in the romantic, head-over-heels way. My stomach churned violently, a relentless storm that had me hunched over the toilet bowl for what felt like hours. I’d been vomiting all day, a cruel reminder of the life growing inside me. Just then, my phone buzzed incessantly and didn’t need to look to know it was Daniel, my ex boyfriend. My heart clenched at the thought of him. I wiped my mouth with the back of my hand, my body trembling as I dragged myself to the sink. The mirror reflected a ghost of me, pale, hollow-eyed, my hair plastered to my sweaty forehead. I splashed cold water on my face, hoping it would shock me back to some semblance of control, but the nausea surged again. My phone rang again. I crawled across the floor, my knees scraping against the tiles, and grabbed it. Daniel’s name flashed on the screen, and my thumb hovered over the decline button. But something, maybe stupidity, made me answer.“Daniel,” I calle

Raveena’s POVThe first thing I noticed when I woke up was the sun light too bright, slicing through the curtains like it had a personal vendetta against my sleep. My eyes stung as I blinked, the weight of the day settling on my chest before my feet even hit the floor. It was the wedding day. Kael and Georgia’s wedding day. The thought buzzed in my head, relentless and impossible to ignore. I groaned, rolling out of bed, my bare feet meeting the cold floor of my room. My brother Kael, the Lycan God of the Lycan pack, was tying the knot with Georgia, the woman who seemed to delight in making my life a series of sarcastic jabs. And somehow, I’d been roped into the chaos of it all.I had just finished showering and pull on a pair of jeans and a T-shirt when there was a sharp knock at the door. Before I could even say “come in,” it swung open, and there stood Karl and the pack’s resident taskmaster. “Rise and shine, sleepyhead!” Karl’s voice boomed, far too chipper for 7 a.m. “You’re n

Georgia’s POVI and Raveena finally made our way back home. Unfortunately, Kael was in the sitting room.“Raveena.” Kael’s voice rang out, cutting through the stillness. I glanced at him.Raveena’s eyes moved to me briefly, sharp and unreadable, before settling on her brother.“Raveena,” Kael called again, his tone softer now but still firm. “Take a seat.”She hesitated, but she complied, lowering herself onto the edge of the sofa across from us. I sat beside Kael.Kael leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees, his eyes steady as they moved between us. “We need to talk,” he began, his voice calm but carrying the weight of someone who wouldn’t be ignored. “This… tension, this distance between you two… it’s got to stop. Raveena, you know I love you. You’re my sister, and nothing will ever change that. But I’m marrying Georgia.” He gestured toward me, his hand brushing mine briefly, sending warmth through me. “And that means you two need to find a way to get along. You’re family

Georgia’s POVThe cheers of the pack still echoed in my ears as I stepped down. The place was alive with movement, pack members scattering to prepare for the wedding I’d so boldly announced. Just then, I felt Kael’s hand in mine. Kael’s hand was warm in mine, his fingers laced through mine as he offered me a smile while we walked. Kael turned to me with a welcoming smile that was filled with pride and mischief. “Georgia,” he called. “That was one hell of a move out there. You didn’t just claim your place, you carved it out with a damn sledgehammer.”I smiled and we paused our walk. Kael squeezed my hand, his eyes glinting with amusement. “It was perfect. You stood up there and owned it, Georgia. I’ve never been prouder.” His voice was low, intimate, and it sent a warmth spreading through my heart.I ducked my head, feeling my cheeks flush. “I just hope I can pull it off. You know, the whole… wedding thing.”Karl chuckled, placing a hand on my shoulder. “We will. The pack’s behind y

Georgia’s POVI made my way to Raveena’s room. I didn’t knock when I reached her door. My hand gripped the handle, and with a sharp twist, I pushed it open. Raveena was lounging on a plush velvet chair by the window, her long auburn hair spilling over one shoulder as she flipped through a book. She didn’t even flinch at my entrance, just raised an eyebrow, her lips curling into that infuriating smirk of hers.“Georgia,” she drawled, closing the book with a deliberate snap. “To what do I owe the pleasure?”I crossed my arms, standing tall in the doorway, letting the weight of my presence fill the room. “Don’t play coy with me, Raveena. I’ve done my digging. I know about your mate, your fiancé. So why are you still here, parading around like you’re the one in charge?”Her smirk faltered for a split second, but she recovered quickly, leaning back in her chair as she dropped the book. “My, my, someone’s been busy. What’s the matter with that? Feeling threatened?”“Don’t twist this,” I sn

Georgia’s POVI said no more words as I stormed down the hallway. I am heading to look for Lyssandra. Every step I took brought me closer to the confrontation I had rehearsed in my head countless times minutes ago.Reaching her room door, without hesitation, I pushed it open with a force that made the hinges groan.Lyssandra looked up, startled, from where she sat on the edge of her bed with a maid massaging her feet. Her long, perfectly styled hair fell over her shoulders. Raveena, perched in the armchair near the window, froze mid-sentence. Their laughter died as soon as they saw my expression.“Do you think you can hide from me?” My voice was cold.Lyssandra opened her mouth, her lips parting in what I assumed would be some weak excuse or denial, but I didn’t give her the chance. In a single, fluid motion, I grabbed a fistful of her hair and yanked her off the bed.“Let go!” she shrieked, clawing at my wrist, but I didn’t flinch. Her knees hit the floor with a dull thud, and the s

  • Alpha’s Scumbag: Sorry My Luna   Chapter 162

Georgia’s POVThe sound of a knock on my door startled me. I froze in place, my heart racing as I glanced at the door. I hadn’t been expecting anyone, especially not tonight. My days of avoidance had been deliberate for the past few days. Seeing Kael felt like a betrayal to myself, a confrontation I wasn’t yet ready to endure. The knock came again and then a voice.“It’s Karl,” a voice called from the other side. “Please, let me in. We need to talk.”Karl? My hand hovered over the latch, hesitation flooding through me. Karl wasn’t someone I’d ever considered an enemy, but lately, I didn’t know who I could trust after his brother did that to me. Finally, after a long moment of deliberation, I opened the door just enough to see him standing there, concern etched across his face.“Please,” he said again, softer this time. “Let me come in.”I nodded reluctantly and stepped aside, allowing him into the room. The air between us was tense as he closed the door behind him. He turned to face

Kael’s POVI sat on the cold bench in the open field, my head buried in my hands, my thoughts filled with panic and regret. My chest felt tight, like I couldn’t breathe. Every time I closed my eyes, Lyssandra’s voice echoed in my mind.“You’re responsible.”The words replayed like a broken record, over and over, cutting deeper each time. How could I have been so reckless? How did I let it get to this point? “Hey.”The familiar voice made me look up. Karl was approaching, his expression a mix of concern and curiosity. His steady gait and calm demeanor were a sharp towards me.“What’s wrong?” he asked, coming to stand in front of me. His eyes searched mine, and I could tell he wasn’t going to let me brush this off.I hesitated, my throat tightening. “I… I messed up,” I admitted, my voice barely above a whisper.Karl frowned, crossing his arms. “How bad?”“Lyssandra,” I started, swallowing hard, “she’s pregnant. And… she said I’m responsible.”For a moment, Karl didn’t say anything. His

Georgia’s POVI walked out, heading to Leah. Reaching our room, I pushed the door open, my breath catching in my throat as my chest tightened painfully. Tears streamed down my face in hot, relentless rivers. The ache in my chest was unbearable, like my heart had been cracked open with a blunt knife and left to bleed. When I reached the room I shared with Leah, I hesitated for a moment. My fingers trembled on the doorknob as I tried to gather myself, but it was no use. The moment I stepped inside, she looked up from where she was seated on the edge of her bed. Her book fell forgotten to her lap as her eyes widened, taking me in, disheveled, tear-streaked, but otherwise unharmed.“Georgia… you are awake?” She exclaimed happily but just then, she noticed my tears. “You’re…you’re okay?” Her voice was high-pitched with disbelief as she stood, her brows knitting together in confusion.Leah’s shock shifted to concern in a split second. She rushed toward me and wrapped her arms tightly around
