Chapter 65: An encounter with Jessica

Even though Ava didn't say anything when those girls were talking negatively behind my back, the look she gave me shows she doesn't like me at all. I know I'm not accepted but still, I try to talk to her.

“Hi, Ava right?” She let out a snort, behaving like I wasn't there. I was about to say another word when I heard some people talking.

“Is she even worth considering a Luna, she hasn't even come to the infirmary ever since she got here, all she ever does is to stay indoors and wait for her so-called slaves to bring her meals. She's such a spoiled brat,” I stayed rooted on the ground, there was no doubt that the spoiled brat they were referring to was me.

“I so much hate how she barged into our lives and yet acted like we were nothing,” My hands were balled up in a fist.

How could they think of me that way?

Why are they being so judgemental when they have no idea how I have been feeling all along, did they really think it's easy for me to leave my family? It's so unfair.
