Gretel POV

 I slumped down on her bed and had my eyes closed,I never for once dreamt that I'll find my mate,not even dreaming that he'll turn out to be the alpha.she remembered how her heart felt when she saw the alpha and it seems she heard someone chanting the word*MATE*.

  She never for once wish to find her mate because her life without a mate seems like the best to her,when she remembers her father she wished never to have a mate.

  "Gretel, Gretel, Gretel"she heard her mom barged in.gretel turned her back,not wishing to face her mom.

  "Gretel,I don't know what you're thinking of in that head of yours but do you really think you can run away from your task,do you think now that the alpha finally finds his mate, he's gonna let her go.

 Gretel,the moon goddess knows what she's doing and pairing you up with the alpha isn't a mistake,many girls would die to b in this position you're rejecting or do you want to face the wrath of the moon goddess by running away from your future, Gretel darling think about that"her mom concluded sighing before walking out.

  Gretel wished the moon goddess never pair her up with anyone,she always see her mom sobbing sometimes all because of her (mom)mate,which made her developed hatred for her father.

*Lily POV*

I chuckled as I saw winter tending to her not so recognizable face,Gael mate really did a great design on her face.

She glared at me before speaking up"what do I owe the crown princess a great visit like this?she asked with sarcasm filled in her voice.

"Ohh,I just stop by to remind you that your time is finally up,and your time in this palace is almost over just a few tick,your are gone"Lily said and walked away leaving the winter to fum in her anger.

She never for once liked winter,all she does is forcing herself on Gael, imposing foolish rules and law in the palace claiming to be the ALPHA'S mate but now that ALPHA'S mate has being found,hehehe.

"What's the secret Lily,why are you grining?a voice asked Lily from behind

"Mom"Lily called.

"Mom"she called and gestured her mom to move closer to her.

"Mom, Gael finally finds his mate"Lily whispered but couldn't hide the huge smile on her face.

"And guess what mom, Gael's mate is behind winter ugly face"Lily squealed.

 "Is this a joke Lily?her mom asked.

"Oh,mom you don't believe me?Lily asked feigning annoyance.

"No Lily,is too real to be truth"her mom said .

"Am damn serious mom,he found his mate"she said and her mom dashed away obviously to meet Gael.

*ALPHA GAEL POV*

"Gael, Gael"I heard my mom voice.

*That loud mouth Lily*Gael scoffed.

"Yes,yes mom,I found her"he said not allowing his mom to even ask, isn't it obvious that that's the question she came here for.

His mom looked round the room and finally rested her eyes on him.

"Then where's she?his mom asked.

am sorry to say this alpha king but I reject you,the moon goddess actually did a mistake pairing us up but I don't think I wanna be your mate,alpha king".those what the words she said to me mom"Gael said and his mom gasped.

Those words were sticked to his brain,how could he forget a part or word, that's actually his mate throwing shit on his face, she's one hell of a bold girl and seeing how she handled winter,it obviously she's fiesty.she said those words and left me hanging.

"Really Gael?and you allowed her leave, now I see why you don't look like your father"his mom (the queen)said before walking away.

  Gael hmph,he was gonna make her accept him,he's going to make her be his Luna willingly.

GRETEL POV

"Gretel,big news"Hazel said barging in.

     Gretel who was going through a book raised her head to face her friend.

"Rumors has it that the alpha king just found his mate and it girl from our pack"Hazel said and Gretel chocked on nothing.

"Are you okay?you want water?Hazel asked and Gretel declined nodding a no.

"Isn't that great news Gretel?now am so curious on who the lucky girl is, aren't you curious gretel? Hazel asked and Gretel managed to reply.

   "Are you sure you are okay? because you don't look like the troublesome Gretel I know"Hazel called out noticing her looks.

"Am okay,just some head ache"Gretel replies.

"Weird"Hazel muttered

   Just then Zoe barged in and stood at the door,his hands akimbo checking Gretel from head to toe and vice versa.

    "Are you okay Zoe?how dare you barge in? does it looks like your room to you? Gretel yelled.

   "So sorry scary dog"Zoe said then bowed playfully before running out.

   Gretel sighed,she knew he had heard about it,fuck him.

"What's wrong with him? Hazel asked pointing to the zoe walked out from .

     "He's mentally unstable"Gretel sighed then winced when a slap landed on her tigh.

  "What was that for? Gretel asked.

   "Don't you ever call him that, he's my charming prince"Hazel gushed with a huge smile.

"I told you not to keep crushing on that immature brat"Gretel snapped.

"A lot calling a kettle black"Hazel remarked.

"His majesty request your presence in the palace"the head guard I think said and they all bowed to her,Gretel hated this.

*What's with this bowing of a thing*

"Please tell the alpha king,am declining his vis---"Gretel couldn't complete her statement because she felt someone pushing her out if the house and the door closing.

"WTH mom,mom"Gretel kept banging the door.

"We won't like to keep his highness waiting"they said and Gretel suddenly smirk as an idea popped into her head.

  Before the guards could comprehend what was happening,Gretel pick to her heels and ran dearly.
