Chapter 2

“I’m sorry , usually there is no one here”, I tried to justify myself.

“Hm, like in a whole year, that you’re coming here, even though you know it’s forbidden?” He asked, with a serious tone.

“Are you stalking me?” I was surprised, and angry as well.

He took my hand and pulled me close to him.

I could feel his muscular body on mine, as his hand was on my waist, and a thousand little sprinkles filled me.

I never felt something like that in my whole life, and I couldn’t resist like I was enchanted and drawn to him.

He had such a satisfying smile on his face, and his wolf was there, I could see that in his golden eyes.

That scared me and excited me at the same time.

He started to caress me, and I froze, not because of fear, but because I liked it, my body liked it.

“I’m your Alpha and the only person that can do this to you, understand me, Lotta?

He whispered hoarsely in my ear, while his lips slowly kissed my neck.

I moaned quietly, while my body was shaking from his touches.

I had no experience whatsoever with males, but I knew that was wrong for him to do, no matter who he was, but I was too weak, which made me angry at the same time.

He pressed himself on me, and I could feel his hardness, God...he was huge, and that scared me, but at that moment I was like in a dream.

My breasts hardened when he touched them, and I felt a strong desire for him, although my mind telling me otherwise.

The whole thing was driving me crazy, like a torture with bliss, together.

He removed my shirt, to free the spot on my neck, and I could feel his canines.

My heart started to pump, and I had a feeling I would choke to death if he marked me, that was insane.

What happened to him?

Why is he doing this to me, am I his mate, I don’t know, or does he want something else from me, because, I could only feel his divine scent?

I was shaking like it was the last day of my life, and suddenly, when I closed my eyes, waiting for the pain to come, he stopped.

His eyes were no, longer gold, but black, as usual.

He looked at me, and pushed me away, while his breathing was heavy, and a sweat dripped from his forehead.

He was deadly serious, I almost fainted.

“Pul yourself together, and get away from here, I forbid you to come in this garden ever again, as long I’m here!” He hissed and left in a hurry.

What the hell just happened here?!”

I was left there like the worst tramp there was.

I felt dirty and confused, but most of all, it hurt.

My heart.

It hurt.

Because I was broken from that night.

He never spoke to me again, not even the orders, or being close to me, like he was avoiding facing me, and honestly, I was grateful.

Sometimes, I could catch his look, like that night in the garden, but I immediately forced myself to think of something else, or work harder, just to forget.

But, the fact was, I couldn’t.

After a week, he left, to be trained for a future Alpha.

This pack was big and strongest among others and needed a strong leader as well, but, the Luna......that’s another story to tell.

Thank God I’m not one of them.

I was relieved when he left, but still, something inside me was missing.

It was like a part of me going with him.

Strange...

Viktor was the strongest warrior in the pack, and also my best friend that trained me, and no one didn’t know about it.

He tried many times to convince me to take my parent’s place and speak with an Alpha Tod, but I refused to even speak about it.

One day, when I had enough, I told him the truth, and he never mentioned it again, just continued to train me, which gave him my gratitude.

He was older than me, just like Drake, and I guess he already had a mate, but just like I, he too had his secrets that wouldn’t talk about.

I noticed that every time Agatha was near, or her name was mentioned, his face went pale, so I figured that maybe she was the one, which could explain it all, but it doesn’t have to be.

Life was tough for us anyway, but I was good, and if I had transformed into my wolf, I could beat Victor’s ass up in no time, as he said, but, I could do that any time, wolf or not.

Between my job and other responsibility, training and talking with him, were the only thing that kept me going.

I will be sorry when I leave, because, in Viktor, I had a true friend, just like he had it in me.

I was stronger every day, hearing my wolf Tess inside, wanting to get out, but still hadn’t, I couldn’t tell why.

Maybe soon I’ll find out, when I turn 18, or I thought so at least.

I thought about my family a lot.

It was strange looking at their pictures though.

Both of them were tall, blond, and had grey eyes, and I was the opposite.

I wasn’t tall, my hair was light-brown, with light highlights, and my eyes were green, not to mention that, my skin was too pale.

Theirs wasn’t.

But, I had no siblings, no one, except Victor now, and that was enough for me.

I didn’t want to spend my life among people that hurt me, the ones I trusted the most.

Time flies fast, and a month passes even faster.

Faster than I thought it would, because one night after I finished my training with Viktor, Alpha Tod announced Drake’s arrival the next day.

What a great birthday surprise...
