Violet's POV

"Simon cannot continue to be locked up in the cell room. I will make sure to restrict his movements around Violet, but let him go," Owen said, stepping up with confidence as the rest of his men supported his statement.

"What are you trying to achieve here, Owen? Did you really bring men to threaten me?" Ezekiel asked, wanting to know his thoughts. Owen replied with that same confident tone in his voice.

"I can't threaten the host Alpha. Everyone knows that I can't. But I believe you will listen to me if I came along with many other men," Owen said. Ezekiel then turned to me with a little smile on his chin, as though asking for my thoughts on the matter.

Truth be told, I'd started to think the way he did. It was beginning to look appropriate to keep Simon locked up in the cell room.

"Did he ask you to bail him out?" I turned to Owen and asked.
