Confession of a stubborn woman
Ophelia reached the vampire Mansion by a hired taxi.
"They are saying that these vampires are gone crazy. What are you doing here? They might kill you" the taxi driver warned her.
As soon as she heard his words, she felt a pang of pain in her chest.
"I know the master vampire. I will be fine. Thanks for your concern" Ophelia replied.
The taxi driver, who is a wolf shifter, shrugged his shoulders and left her there standing alone.
Ophelia made her way inside the mansion through the gates, which are devoid of any guards. She slowly walked inside with a heavy heart, scared of what she might find inside.
Lucifer, who is coming back after licking Luke in the basement room noticed Ophelia.
He knows why she must have come here. It's really sad if she confess her feelings now. It's a little too late for them.
'I wish it's not the case. I wish they get to have a happily ever after' he thought sadly.

After they recovered from the initial shock, Darius, Lucifer, and Lucian get down to the problem at hand.They are trying to figure out, how Lucian recovered. They wanted to know that the infection just reduced itself or it is something else.They walked into the basement, where a lot of infected vampires are locked away. Amber tried to control her tears. But, it proved to be easier said than done.
