Chapter 62
Amelia opens her eyes wide in surprise after her dream had ended. She notices Damian was kneeling beside her with his hands close to her face. “Damian?! Why are you not in the hospital? The doctor said you have to stay at least a few more days before you can come home!” Amelia nagged.
“Well, I didn’t want to stay at the hospital with you still mad at me” Damian reasoned.
Amelia's anger grew and she slapped Damian with all her might on his shoulders. “Why are you so stubborn! Go back to the hospital! I’m not talking to you!” she loudly said before she stood up and walked towards the door. Damian followed closely behind her like a dog following his owner.
“I’m sorry, won’t you forgive me?” Damian said, looking like a dejected dog who was scolded.
Amelia bit her lip and tried her hardest not to give in. She ignored Damian and went ahead to her room, closing the door on Damian&rsquo
