"Because it will ruin the fun..." Her lips then curve into a light smile.
Her words were strange but genuine, Mayari is very confused, she don't how or what to react. And neither does she knew what she meant by that.
Her subconscious smile then immediately faded and she rested her chin at Mayari's shoulder as she continued to hug her like her long lost lover.
Silence then filled the atmosphere while the wind softly brush both Mayari and her subconscious' ebony and silver hair. The silence wasn't awkward nor it is comforting. It's just plain silence like how they see the world in their emotionless perspective.
After a long minutes of muted voices, Mayari finally decided to spoke and break the silence between them.
"What do you mean?" Mayari asked, referring to her subconscious' last sentence.
Mayari felt her subconscious shook her head in reply, refusing to answer Mayari's question.
