“Sam, I suggest you hand over your position as director to your brother, Sean. He is an adult now and quite knowledgeable. I see he can work well in your place. By reducing your busy life, you can attend therapy to cure your paralysis so you can walk again. Your stubbornness will accomplish nothing. The other shareholders have agreed to make Sean the new director. You are incompetent anymore with your current condition. A year has passed, but you are still not cured.
