Nandini got ready in the dress Manik kept for her and went to the terrace as the way led there only. She roamed her eyes around the room to see it was decorated with rose petals and candles with a round table placed at the center. Soft music was being played in the background. It felt more chilled than usual.

Soon her eyes stuck on the handsome face who was standing with his back facing her. He was waiting for her, looking terribly hot in that tuxedo. Reducing the distance she stood exactly behind him and before she could say anything her eyes fell where his gaze was fixed.

Manik’s eyes were fixed to the sky. He was staring at the stars which were glowing in utter darkness. She sneaked her hands around his waist and placed her head over his broad back.

“I love you.” Nandini whispered.

Manik smiled brightly and slowly turned to look at her. Seeing the shine in her eyes, Manik was happy. Nandini wrapped her hands around his nape. Manik locked his hands around her back.
