Avery got down from the car, Anthony couldn't even come to the hospital to pick her by himself, he had to send someone even after what he had caused her.

The huge mansion towered over her like a threat, a place that should have been home.

She sighed deeply before taking slow strides to the grand doors.

She was not going to take it any more, she was just coming to pack her things and leave. Her father's company was now doing well, thanks to Anthony's secret investments and she could afford a house of her own, she could afford a nice meal as well.

"Mrs Avery you're back!" Mrs Meyer chirped with a radiant smile as Avery walked in.

Avery smiled instantly feeling the warmth grow in her chest. Someone actually missed her and wanted her back. "I'm back Mrs Meyer" Avery smiled.

    It had been twenty four hours but Avery hadn't shown any signs of waking up. The doctor had said twelve hours but the time had doubled.
