Behind Closed Doors: Chapter 25

Seth slowly fights beyond the pain struggling to open his eyes, he starts with little movements like twitching his fingers or turning his neck side to side which hurts like hell.

His mom starts to notice "Jerry he's waking up" she rushes beside Seth. He starts to groan and moan trying to wake fully, first he opens one eye then the next but still can't really see anything, it's all a blur to him. "hi sweetie" his mom greets

"Kaine?" Seth sees his mom but asks for Kaine instead.

"No honey Kaine's not here, its mom"

Seth doesn't care for his mom, "whe-where's Kaine?" he stutters

"Kaine's not here Seth it's just me and your dad" his mom answers. Seth starts to move up trying to stand but fails miserably due to the pain, he groans "take it easy Seth"

"No I need to see Kaine to make sure he's ok" he says through the pain

Seth's mom rolls her eyes "Kaine's fine now relax"

"Can you please get him!" Seth insists, His parents don't say anything which worries "what is it?"
