DAMIAN’s POV. I sat in a daze for the remaining part of the meeting. The doctor’s words were still ringing in my head. He said her pregnancy was two weeks before everything started. That could only mean the baby belonged to me but why did he lie? He told me Selena got pregnant recently and she didn’t say anything to counter that. She let me believe that the baby belonged to either Dominic or Aiden. I couldn’t even think straight as I sat there, watching her walk out of the hall. All my plans went down the drain because I couldn’t get into the meeting venue and I hated the fact that this stupid dead body was in the boot of the car. I hated Selena even more after everything she had done, making me look like a fool in front of everyone but I hated Damian even more. DAMIAN’s POV. Throughout the meeting, I didn’t say a word. Anger was boiling inside of me but I kept my cool. He slapped me, that was something I was never going to forgive no matter what. But that was for me to know and for him to find out. My attention was not even on the meeting, my attention was on the woman beside him. I haven’t been able to take my eyes off of her since the moment I saw her mostly because I was upset with her. The fact that she didn’t even feel remorseful when I saw her kissing Aiden.
