CHAPTER 5

BELLA

Finally, Arianna is coming back today with her brother, and Amber insisted they stay at the B & B. She got the best rooms prepared for them. I'm not sure if it will meet her brother's standards though, with him being a fancy businessman and probably used to luxurious, VIP accommodation when on business trips. Oh well, I will see when he gets here. Jacob is just as excited to see Arianna again and driving me insane asking over and over again how much longer till she gets here. "BESTIE!!! I AM BACKKKKK!!!" Arianna screams as she runs into my arms and hugs me tightly. "Ari, I missed you so much, Welcome back," I tell her. After a bit, she let's go of me and turns to Jacob, who is looking all shy now, and his face color changed to a bright red. My little brother clearly has a crush on my bestie. She hugs him tightly and gives him kisses on his cheeks, turning his already red face to an even brighter shade. It's soooooo cute! After exchanging greetings with Amber and Pearl, she picked up her phone and dialed some one. "Are you planning on staying in the car throughout your visit here?" We heard her ask in an annoyed tone. After a few minutes, a 'GOD' walks through the door, and Arianna's voice can be heard saying, "Everyone, meet my brother Gabriel, Gabe, meet everyone."Good afternoon, ladies. I have heard a lot about you, and it's a pleasure finally meeting you all." Awwww, even his voice sounds heavenly. I smack myself mentally and tell myself to get my act together! What the heck is going on with me!? I'm getting all lightheaded and feeling a weird, fluttering sensation in my belly over a guy I just met and said guy being waaày out of my league. "I'm not a lady" voiced Jacob confidently. "Hello there, buddy, I was just about to greet you next," Gabriel responded with a giggle. Once the introductions were out of the way, Amber asked me to take Arianna and Gabriel to their rooms and to ensure they settled in well. As we were going to their rooms, Arianna had verbal diahorrea, and Gabriel didn't utter a word. Arianna desperately wanted to have a shower as soon as she got into her room, and we agreed to meet up later once she took some rest. "It's Bella, right?" Gabriel asked me as we walked towards his room. I just nodded a yes. "Is it short for Isabella?" No, my name is Bellatrix," I answered. "Wow, that's a beautiful name. Your name is from the Latin word meaning Female Warrior." What is this guy, a braniac or walking encyclopedia? I had no clue about the meaning behind my name. I just knew that my grams had named me. "Thanks for the compliment, but honestly, I never took the time to look up the meaning of the name my grams chose for me," I told him shyly. "We're here, I hope this room meets your satisfaction. Give me a shout if there is anything you need," I tell him and turn to leave. He reaches out and touches my arm, and I feel like a bolt of lightning or electricity struck me. "I am so glad I finally got to meet you in person. My sister looks up to you and cares about you a lot. She speaks of you often at home. One would say she's obsessed with you, and now, having met you, I can understand why," he says while looking straight into my eyes. I can only see his lips moving, I somehow switched off my hearing abilities and was drowning in those gorgeous green eyes. I quickly force myself to snap out of it and wave him goodbye while smiling like a love struck teenager. This is dangerous. This guy is making me feel things I have never felt before!
