51. Situation Worsened
As they reach the hospital, Sa'eed walks out, tailing behind the driver who is to show him the way to his mother's room. It sounds absurd, even to Sa'eed's ears. How can it be that it's a mere driver that's showing him his own mother's room? That alone speaks volumes of how much of a good son he is.
The driver stops abruptly and shows Sa'eed the room. Thankfully, Sa'eed nods and enters the room. Thank goodness there's no one there. He's not ready to deal with any body's drama right now. As he sits beside her, the call to Zuhr prayer is made.
