Mr. Aaron stared at his phone screen for some seconds and signed before he dropped his phone and looked at me.

"Okay, like I was saying, work here is not like work in other companies.

Other companies resume work by 7:30 a.m., but we resume here by 8:00 a.m., well, that's a thirty-minute difference, hahahaha, and since you are applying for the post of a secretary, you are going to end your day depending on the CEO's schedule.

"Once his schedule states that he leaves early, you are lucky to leave early, and once his schedule states that he leaves late, then you are also to leave late."

"That is the most important duty you have to uphold, for the rest, the CEO will tell you that," Mr. Aaron explained so nicely that anyone would understand him without asking a single question.

"Okay, sir," I replied. But something was baffling me, I needed to ask this question.

Was he considering giving me this job, or has he given me the job just like that without asking me any questions?
