Chapter 13: The Start of a Mission (Part 4)
“What happened to you?”
The question came surprisingly, not from Asher or Finn, but from Jackson Evans, who had never spoken to her during her previous training sessions with his team.
Sophia grumbled incoherently under her breath about idiots, paints, Major Dylan, books, and noodles.
The Evans just gave her a look that said to elucidate.
“Leon spilled noodles on Major Dylan’s book, so he got revenge by giving us a mission to repaint the Torture and Interrogation Division in the Knights Association. And then Commander Hades provoked Leon and Zain into a fight and they hit the paint cans and the stupid mission took even longer.”
Jackson, Asher, Finn, and Evelyn, who had joined just as she was explaining, blinked at her.
“Hn,” the Evans grunted.

There are three types of Knights in the association: (1) the High Knights who were the ones closest to the royal family of the Laera Kingdom; (2) the warriors, the Knights who received missions from the High Knights through the Head of the Knights Association, and; (3) the mentors, who mold the Knights for three years into strong, capable warriors. To be honest, it was too hard not to give away her secret under her teammates and mentor’s scrutinizing eyes. She had to be amazed at all times when she basically had seen all the techniques they showed from Elijah.
