Nick's POV
I woke up later to see that Simeon had put up a fire with his back turned to me. I was having a minor headache and my Tommy was seriously rumbling hard due to a sudden intense hunger, I was hungry as fuck.
I let out a deep breath and tried sitting up, which got Simeon to turn back to look at me.“How are you doing?” he asked as his eyes settles on mine. From his expressions, I could tell that he has so many questions to ask but was trying not to rush into it just yet.
I wish there was someone I could ask questions about what the fuck is going on with me.
“yeah,” I said, clearing my throat after noticing how coarse it sounded even to my hearing.
