CHAPTER 15

In the morning, for the first time, Fisya prepares a meal for Regan and Adnan. There is no debate at the dinner table. There was no conversation, only the sound of spoons and forks clashing.

Fisya did not want to get a very long and painful speech from Regan like the other day. The 7-year-old boy also refused to speak. The room was quiet and cold, like a tomb. Adnan was ready to rush to his study room to prepare today's textbooks. There was still a lot of breakfast left, making Regan, who saw it unmoved. "Adnan, why don't you finish the breakfast?"

He just stared at his father lazily, without answering. He is still upset over yesterday's incident. His father made his mother cry. Of course, he wouldn't stay silent. Feeling neglected, his father felt irritated.

"Daddy never taught you to behave this impolitely," Regan insisted with his eyes widening.

"But, it's your teachings that made me like this," said Adnan, starting to reveal what was in his heart.
