“Where were you yesterday?” Danielle asked as I meet her outside of my house. “And why are you out so early?”
“I just had a fresh start this morning.” I lie. I just didn’t want her to see the outfit that Samuel had bought for me, nor the teddy bear, although I did have the reeboks on.
