"Thankyou." I smiled at Alan who just brought me breakfast in bed. He sat in front of me waiting for me to take my first bite.
"Are you busy tomorrow?"
"I have lots of meetings, why?" I asked as I cut the pancake and took a bite.
"I was hoping we could spend time together." He said and I looked at him raising my eyebrows.
"We're spending time together now." I said as I pointed at the both of us. He chuckled and he shook his head.
"A date, Bella. Let's go on a date." Date?
"Yeah, there's fair and I want to take you there." He said.
