LEA'S POV

"Did I agree to it?" As I expressed my opinion, I could feel the room's atmosphere suddenly change.

Easton stared at me with his sharp, cold eyes. The joints in my body felt cold until I started shivering. He seemed like someone who couldn't be denied even through a gaze. Easton didn't even raise his voice, but I already felt like I was being cornered just by looking at his eyes.

Now, Easton came closer and took a seat on the chair I was previously using. "I'm not making an offer. You have no other choice."

Ah, yes. I didn't hear him say that I should choose before. He only gave me one deal that I could not refuse.

The corner of my eye twitched with annoyance. But I realized one thing, Easton was not someone who could be easily persuaded and change his mind. His dominance would overpower everything, and I should have expected this to happen. It's just that I don't understand why he chose me. What benefit would he gain from this?
