That has been my mother's mantra ever since I was 10 years old. I don't know maybe she watched Barbie too much.

But everything she said is true. We don't always get what we want.

Yesterday something in me wanted to die but I didn't allow it. Instead I shove it somewhere deep and put up my head up high.

I should have listened to my mother. From now on wards my duty and and responsibility will always be my people.

There is no room for anyone else.

I cried yesterday,I didn't go out for dinner,I just gave dad the excuse of practicing my speech.

I also told him about me moving to Kensington palace. He agreed on condition,that I visit regularly.

I agreed, so today,on the day of my investiture,is my last day in Buckingham palace.

I woke up extra early,my dress and accessories were already ready for me. The maids had already run my bath for me.
