Chapter 95

I wanted to scream, to stop him from leaving. That what he meant by saying that his departure depended on me. The answer on his question was responsible for it. My answer wasn’t the one he wanted to hear. It didn’t make him stay.

I ran to the windows and saw him going to the airplane. He was going upstairs and when he was already near the doors, he looked up at the window. I guess, he was looking at me, but he was too far for me to be sure about it.
