Chapter Thirty

I went into the house fully, and the maids greeted me cheerfully while I just waved in response, as I continued walking on.

But after a while I noticed Connor was behind me, and I felt like asking him what he wanted but decided not to, as I continued walking.

After a while, I stopped right in front of my room door, and he also stopped behind me. "Ok that's enough Connor, just tell me what you want?" I asked him.

"Alpha, you left this house last night, and you are just coming in now, so I really like to know where you have been." Connor said, and I just sighed softly.

"Don't I have the right to go out, and come back anytime I want?" I asked him.

"Yes alpha you have the right, but please tell me where you went, I was really so worried that I had to go over to the woods to search for you." Connor said,

"I understand your concern for me, but I'm an adult, and I can take good care of myself, so you don't need to worry about me." I told him, he just nodded, and apologized before walking out
