Chapter Twenty Two

EMMA'S POV

The only way and best trick is to head home quickly in my wolf form. If I want to get back to the mansion quickly, I need to be fast.

"Taking the forest will be the right advice. Don't want someone seeing a wolf running with a bag around her back. They'll freak out," I chuckled, just imagining it.

I looked around to make sure no one was coming around. I carefully made my way into the forest.

Taking a few steps away from the road, that's distancing myself, I immediately changed into my wolf form. It felt so good to be in my wolf pack. And I can tell that my wolf is pleased as well.

With my bag stripped behind my wolf, I dashed into the forest, going through all the woods there. I was moving fast.

All I could think of was heading back to the mansion to see Hunter again. I've missed him so much and couldn't wait to get my lips on his again. My heart glowed as I dashed with speed through the forest.
