Chapter 11. Confrontation with Stella.

After Dr. Brown told us that Stella was fine and that her bleeding resulted from a brain aneurysm, I couldn’t help but feel bad.

As a neurosurgeon, I understand the symptoms caused by the condition.

However, Stella never told us anything. She kept her symptoms completely silent.

Matt tells me that her condition does not take away from what she has done before and that, although it could not be proven if she was involved in the credit card conflict and the threatening calls, he thinks she was involved.

Honestly, I don’t know what to do. My rational side wants to talk to Dad and let him deal with the whole situation, but on the other hand, I feel sorry for my sister.

After seeing her, Matt and I left the room, leaving her alone. When we were checking out of the eighth floor, I forgot I left my cell phone in her room.
