Hilary quickly dropped Freda and made sure she regained her footing before rushing to his mother with the document in his hand.

“Mum, it’s finally done. Rapheal is officially your grandchild”. He said, making Genevieve pleased.

“Very good”. She giggled and said.

Meanwhile, Freda forced a smile. She knew she was wrong to hide the origin of Rapheal, but she knew she had to tell him the truth.

He has to be aware who the father of Rapheal is.

“What are you waiting for son, go and make me proud”. Genevieve said as she pushed him.

“Come here darling”. She beckoned Freda with her hand.

Freda gave a small smile and walked towards Genevieve who took her in a hug.

“Welcome to the Davis family love”. She said as she hugged her tight.

“Thank you mummy”. Freda responded.

They both release themselves from the hug, as Genevieve spoke. “Let’s go to the marriage bureau to get you both wedded”.
