Chapter 21 - Accident

Killian POV

“Do you have everything you need?”, I ask Ashley as she grabs a small box. I walk to her taking it away from her hands and she smiles. I put it on the bed and she raises her eyebrow at me. I wrap my arms around her waist. Pull her close to me and she looks up as she wraps her arms around my neck.

Slowly I draw circles on her lower back as she moves onto her tiptoes and kisses me softly. I can’t believe I am this lucky, Ashley is the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I need to keep her safe. Even if it is the last thing I do with my life, I will never allow her to be treated like she was before.
