CHAP 68: Declan's final limit

Fidelia glanced at Kenny; he seemed to be losing his temper, his body stiff, his chest heaving with tension. Fidelia stands in front of Kenny, for she is afraid that Leonard will discover the blood on his collar, which could be dangerous for Anna and Lucy.

"I wanted to go out and buy some personal stuff, so I called Kenny over here to take me," Fidelia spoke up to relieve Kenny's siege.

Although Fidelia said so, Leonard was suspicious, so he still did not agree to let Fidelia leave the house. "I will report back to the boss. If the boss agrees, then you can go with him."

Kenny gritted his teeth, eyes bloodshot with anger because Leonard was buying time; Lucy would be in danger. He growled, "Damn it! Stay away. What the hell is your boss to decide on this?"

Leonard looked at Kenny with fierce eyes; he did not bother to argue with Kenny but directly pulled out his gun and pointed it at Kenny, letting out a cold voice: "Don't think that you are Fidelia's friend that I dare not shoot you.
