Chapter Thirty - Six

She let out a small shriek as she threw the door open and quickly slammed it behind her. She heard a growl come from behind the door and she bolted down the hall. She was not sure where she was. She had been here only two times and both times she woke up in a bedroom. She raced down the hall towards the stairs. She heard his bedroom door open, it was like he had waited giving her a head start. She started down the stairs realizing she was on the third floor. She raced down the stairs nearly falling, Her feet hit the second floor landing.

 She could hear him just walking down the third floor hall. It reminded her of a horror movie. She expected him to think she would continue running down stairs. She raced down the end of the hall of the second floor seeing another stairwell. She began to climb it trying to be as quiet as she could. She got to t
