Molly
“Can you please scoot your bottom all the way to the edge of the table?” The Doctor doing my exam asks and I inhale sharply, scooting as far as I can. “Don’t worry,” she tells me. “Focus your weight on the stirrups and you won’t fall.”
“Okay,” I chuckle nervously and she smiles, grabbing instruments from her medical table.
“Is this your first vaginal exam?” she asks and I nod, tensing up.
“Relax, it’s okay,” she tells me. “I am just going to use this speculum,” she pauses, “To open you up a little bit so I can make sure you hymen is intact, you may feel a little pressure, but it shouldn’t hurt.”
I hold my breath as she pushes it inside me, “Now I’m just going to swab inside to check for STI’s or STD’s.”
“But I’m a virgin,” I say softly. “I won’t have any of those.”
I feel the swab, and she sighs, “You would be surprised how many of the girls lie about being virgins,” she says, closing my legs. “We have had three already fail the exam.”
“Really?” I ask and she nods.
“Really,” she says as she places my test in some sort of machine. “You can sit up now.”
I sit up slowly, covering myself with the hospital gown as the machine processes, “This runs the test super-fast,” she pauses, “we will have the results in a few seconds.”
I nod and she smiles, “I am not worried though,” she tells me. “Your hymen is intact.”
The machine beeps and she nods, “You can get dressed. You passed. When you leave this room, go to the left. That’s where wardrobe, hair and makeup are.
“Thank you,” I say and she smiles, throwing everything away before she walks out of the room.
I put my clothes back on, fixing them as I look in the mirror, “You can do this, Molly,” I whisper to myself. My phone chimes and I gasp, realizing Eden is still outside.
“MOLLY, ARE YOU ALIVE? DO YOU STILL HAVE ALL OF YOUR ORGANS? Send a dash if you need police assistance!”
I laugh, shaking my head as I call her. She picks up on the second ring, terror in her voice, “Molly! Thank God, I was getting worried!”
I giggle softly, fixing my hair, “I’m fine, Eden,” I tell her.
“Well, did you get the job, or should I say donate?” She asks, her voice adding suspense.
I laugh, “You’ll be relieved to know, it is not illegal organ donation, but yes, I did get the job.”
“YESSSSS!” Eden screams into the phone. “So, what’s the gig?”
“Well, I can’t explain now, but it starts tonight. Do you think you can pick me up at 1 AM?” I ask.
“In the morning?” she questions and I laugh, nodding.
“Yes, I should be done by then.”
I listen to her breathe a little heavier, “You’re sure you are, okay?”
“I’m fine,” I reassure her, but honestly. I’m freaked out.
I’m about to sell my virginity to the highest bidder. To a stranger I have never met.
“Okay, I can come back but call me if you need me sooner.”
“I will,” I tell her.
“Love you, Mols,” she says, and I smile as I gather my things.
“Love you, Eds.”
I hang up the call and gather all my courage as I open the door. The hallway is empty, and I remember she said go to the left. I walk around the corner and see a room with a makeup sign on it.
“Hello?” I call stepping inside and a woman appears out of another door.
“Oh hey, sugar, over here,” she tells me, and I follow her back inside the room she was just in. “So, you are here for the auction?” she asks and I smile nervously, nodding. “Perfect,” she says, “Any ideas on how you want to dress?”
“No,” I say softly as I watch her hands brush through several outfits on a clothes rack.
She looks over my current outfit, “Is this your usual attire?”
What does that mean?
“Yes,” I admit. “They told me to go with something sexy.”
I watch as she studies me, realizing I am not used to any of this, “Do you want me to choose for you?”
“Yes,” I pause. “That would be great.”
She smiles brightly as her hand moves through the clothes, searching for the outfit she has in mind. She stops when she finds it, pulling it from the rack and showing it to me, “How about this?” she asks, holding out a sexy schoolgirl outfit that looks like it’s for Halloween.
My mouth gapes and she smiles, “This one covers the most skin, but it’ll work with the vibe you have going on.”
“I have the vibe of a student?” I ask… but quickly, laugh realizing she’s right.
Duh, that’s my entire being. Just not the sexy part.
“Or, we could go with something else,” she begins, but I shake my head.
“No, you are right,” I tell her. “That is literally me,” I pause. “Just not Sexy.”
She chuckles, handing me the outfit and sending me to the dressing room, “Here, put this on,” she pauses. “And would you like help with hair and make-up, I’m thinking a Britney vibe.”
I chuckle as I close the door, “Yes,” I say softly. “I don’t dress up or a lot or do my hair much.”
“Don’t worry, I will help,” she says cheerfully. “You are the last girl, anyway, there were supposed to be 7 of you, but now we are down to 4….”
“I can’t believe 3 lied,” I say softly, but I only hear her laugh.
“Money does things to people,” she says, and I nod as I get undressed.
“True,” I agree.
I’m about to auction my virginity for it… I have no room to judge.
My eyes widen as I pull the plaid skirt up, realizing how short it is. The white top isn’t any better. It shows way too much of my belly and the neckline leaves nothing to the imagination.
I sigh, walking out of the changing room and she gasps as she sees me, “PERFECT!” She smiles. “We can definitely work with this.”
“You think so?” I ask and she smiles.
“Definitely, and you can call me Barbie.” I smile back and she grabs my arm, looping it in hers. “Don’t worry, by the time we are done, those Billionaires will spend the most on you.”
I chuckle feeling more comfortable as she guides me to a vanity, “Thank you,” I smile. “You can call me,” but she cuts me off.
“We can’t do real names, so I’ll just call you Britney,” she pauses. “Unless that’s your real name?”
I laugh, shake my head and she smiles, grabbing a brush and combing out my hair. She fixes my hair in pigtails, and adds makeup to my face, shocking me with the finished product.
“See, this even works with your glasses?” she smiles handing them to me.
I gasp, looking myself over as she gives me a pair of heels, “It’s time,” she tells me. “Go out through that door and the stage room will be there.”
I nod, inhaling deeply, “Thank you, Barbie,” I tell her, and she smiles.
“See you later, Britney.” She chuckles.
I walk to the door and open it as someone ushers me inside. The room is dark, but I see other 4 girls in here. We are behind some sort of stage, and I listen as the auctioneer speaks, “Good evening gentleman, shall we start the bidding?” Cheers are heard and I hold my breath, “Then let’s begin!!” he announces.
“The first girl we have for you tonight is School Girl Britney!” he says, the microphone loud and my heart beats erratically.
I’m first? SHIT.
MollyI freeze, my heart beating erratically! Can I do this? Oh, my god what was I thinking! “That’s you, sugar,” Barbie says, gently grabbing my arm. I smile seeing a familiar face, but I am panicking inside.“Just go out there. All you have to do is sit in the chair and read the book, okay?”I nod, slowly standing, “Britney? Are you having a moment?” The bidder asks. “It’s not another breakdown, isn’t it?” The Billionaires laugh and Barbie smiles, pushing me forward.“Go, it’s easy.” She reassures me.I nod, slowly walking on stage. The lights are so bright I can barely see, but the auctioneer greets me, placing is hand on the small of my back as he guides me to a sofa that sits on stage, “Here, sweetheart, have a seat.”I sit down, trying to pull my skirt down enough to cover myself, but I soon realize I can’t. My hands are sweaty, and I look beside me at the book, picking it up.“Are you okay, Britney?” The auctioneer asks, putting the microphone to my mouth.I smile nervously, “Y

Tanner“Come on, Felicity? For me?” Eddy grins at the receptionist and she giggles, leaning forward to reveal more cleavage.“I can’t,” she says playfully, “It’s against the rules.”“Come on, know one need to know, but us,” Eddy smiles, reaching for her hand before winking. I watch as she places her hand in his and he kisses it, “Please? “He says, his eyes wide and hopeful.Felicity smiles as she stands, getting closer to both of us, “Fine, but you can’t tell anyone I did this. None of you are supposed to watch the interview,” she says her voice lowering, “It’s a bidding war for a reason, you know?”Eddy smiles, “I promise you, we won’t tell,” he grins as his eyes dart to me, and I nod.“I promise,” I reassure her, dashing my handsome smile. “It’ll be our secret.”She smiles at us both, reaching into her pocket for office keys, “This way,” she says, motioning us to follow. “Candice is interviewing her in office 6.”Eddy nods as he grins at me, “See,” he mouths. “Nothing to it.”I roll
Molly“This is the place?” My best friend Eden asks me as we both stare at the rundown bar. This place is literally falling apart. Even the Florissant sign is failing. It’s supposed to read ‘The Mirage’, but the I isn’t lit so it reads: The Mrage. “This is where Eddy said you could make more money than you have ever dreamed of?” she asks, looking at the weird lit sign and then back at me.I look back down at the napkin, the address is written on, nodding. “Yep, this is the place,” I say, my heart racing.Eden shakes her head fiercely, “How? By someone stealing one of your organs?! NO, Molly you cannot go in there!” she says, her voice stressed and her eyes wide as she looks at me, “It could be dangerous!”“Eden, I don’t have a choice,” I say as I reach over her, grabbing a piece of paper from the glove compartment, and handing it to her.I watch as her eyes almost bug out of her head, “FORECLOSURE?” she gasps, “But your parents said you are fine!”“They are obviously lying, Eden.”
