Chapter Sixty-Five

Maria.

My head hurts. So does my hands. And legs. And my back. My eyes feel heavy, not wanting to open them any sooner. I feel certain vibrations from under where I lay. Sounds of the engine perks my ears making me stir in my sleep. Where the hell am I?

I try to open my eyes but I couldn't see anything. I was met with darkness. My heart skipped a beat when I realised I couldn't see due to a certain blindfold on my eyes. I panic more when I couldn't move my body. It felt like something was holding my hands and legs together.

I parted my lips, wanting to call someone for help but nothing moved. Tears pricked in my eyes wanting to know where I was and why I wasn't able to move. Sweat formed on my forehead when I heard distinct thumbs reaching me making my body shiver inn fear.

I wanted to scream, wanted to run back home where I was safe but I couldn't.

"IILIO Xa pocHyIacb." I heard a man's voice, hearing the Russian accent make my insides churn.

I don't even know what he is saying.
