Kathleen pov

Beez Beez Beez

My eyes shut opened at the sound of my alarm clock that was on the lamp stand beside my bed.

I stretched my hand toward the alarm clock and turned it off.

I wasn't sleeping that deep, I couldn't even sleep for long during the night. I couldn't stop thinking of Tony and wedding, including the blury memories of the night with Jason.

At least a good thing came out all this mess, I got to keep my job even if I deserved to get fired.

I need to get ready for work.

I stood up from the bed and walked to the mute closet, I opened the door and stared at the mirror.

The memories I shared with Tony came back flashing in my mind. It hurt more thinking I am not over him while he is enjoying his married life with another woman.

I hate him, I hate, I hate you Tony for putting me is this kind of pain. I hate what me become, I hate you for breaking my heart, I hate you for making me believe there could be an us when you know there won't. I hate you for the five years of falling in love with you.

Tears rolled down my eyes. I was crying for someone who doesn't deserve nothing from me not even my happiness.

I wipe the tears from my face, he doesn't deserve my tears no one does.

I won't let you change me, even if it being five years.

I stared at my face, I remembered the make up Lora did for me. I was really beautiful, that how it surpose to be.

I smiled at the mirror. "Time for make over." I grab my towel and to the bedroom to freshen up.

When I was done with refreshing up, I went to Lora bedroom.

I opened her room door but she wasn't in her room, probably in the kitchen.

I went to the kitchen, I saw her with Lizzy. They were having breakfast.

"Hey Kathleen." They greeted at the same time.

"Why are you on towel?" Lizzy asked.

I didn't bother to get dressed before leaving my room.

"Because I want you to get one of those clothes you wear to work, not the club Lizzy."

She smiled. "You want a make over again, just like the wedding."

"I said not an outfit to a club." I repeated.

"And I will be doing the makeup?" Lora asked.

I nodded. "I want to look beautiful, different and more attractive." I smirked.

"Oooo, I like this new Kathleen." Lizzy said as she stood up from the chair. "Am at your service."

Lora smirked. "I know what will be good for you." She also stood up from the chair.

We all went by Lizzy bedroom to get the dress.

"I know just the perfect dress for you." Lizzy squealed.

"Okay but as long isn't sluty." I said.

Lizzy giggled. "Ohh Kathleen, you're so funny but you have no idea how funny you are."

She opened her closet and took a black white off shoulder dress with brown belt tied around the waist. It was really gorgeous.

"Wow Lizzy, when did you get this dress?"Lora asked.

"Just resent, I just haven't seen the right time to put on." She replied. "It would be better on Kath, than it would on me."

"Thanks Lizzy. It perfect." I said happily.

"Yh I know, so what are you waiting for. Go ahead and put it on." Lizzy said.

I nodded and took the dress from her. I immediately put it on. Lizzy helped in dress it properly.

After I was done, I went to check out the dress on the mirror.

"Wow, this beautiful." I commented smiling.

"Yeah and this would make Jason see what he is missing." Lizzy commented.

I gaze at her.

She glance back and forth at Lora and I. "Isn't that the reason she wanted a make over."

I sighed and went to sit on her bed. "I wanted a make over so I would be different from the girl that fell in love with Tony, I want to do what Tony hates me doing. I want to be different from what Tony made me to become."

"Kathleen, I am sorry." Lizzy apologized as she came to sit down beside me.

"Okay if that what you want, let go get real change on that face."

I smiled. "Yeah let go."

I stood up and followed Lora out if the bedroom.

We went her bedroom.

I sat down at her dressing table while she began doing the makeup.

I spent about an hour doing the makeup that was perfect, it wasn't too much but definitely okay to make me different.

"Looking good,kath." Lizzy said.

"Thanks guys, you guys are the best." I said as I stood up. "Am running late already."

I went to my bedroom to take my purse and put perfect ankle boots that would match the dress.

I went to the kitchen to meet them."On my way already." I announced.

They smiled. "Goodluck."

"Thanks and Lizzy, come pick me up from work, I did like to go clothes shopping with you."

She smirked. "I know this day will come, at your service babe."

"Okay bye ladies." I waved at them and left.

I took a cab and left for work.

I checked the time on my wrist watch, thirty minutes late.

"Yeah I would be getting a scolding from Jason when I get to work." I murmured.

The cab dropped me in front of the Company, I paid and it drove away.

I took an heavy breath before I began to walk towards the building. As I entered the building, eyes were on me.

There weren't just taking a glance, they were staring and whispering things to their partners besides them. I ignored them and went to take the elevator.

I entered with some few people who did the same thing. They were staring, I know I locked different but they should know it makes people uncomfortable.

"Excuse me, is this your first time working here?"the young man beside me asked.

I shook my head." No, I am Mr knight secretary. "

He blinked his eyes. "Ohh, ohh." He faced his front without taking a glance at me.

I sighed when the door finally opened, they all came out leaving me inside. I was going to the last floor.

When it reaches the last floor, the door opened and I came out.

I walked to my office first to get the list of his schedule for today before heading to his office.

When I took it, I went to his office.

I knocked twice before twisting the door knob. I opened and entered his office.

He was busy typing on his laptop that he didn't notice i entered his office.

"Go...."

"You're late."He interrupted my greetings. And that when he took his gaze from the laptop screen to me.
