Chapter 2

He looked to be the only one in the area, and the leather couch he was sitting on gave Alice unholy thoughts. It appeared that he was leaving the restroom because it was the same man she had run into when leaving her room. Why was he still at the reception, I wonder? How come he was still waiting while everyone had left? Natalie met his gaze because she was still staring at him when he was using his phone and drinking. After growing weary of staring at him, the girl turned to her drink, but then an idea dawned on her. It was impossible to measure the extent of her pain from what her fiancé had done to her. When she remembered, She downed more than two glasses of vodka and grimaced at the sight of her sister in bed with her fiancé. The bartender tried to intervene at this point, but she made him understand that he had no control over her life. Knowing full well that the man in the corner was staring at her, she drank half of the bottle. Was she bothered? Not at all! She minded him then, as another dense thought occurred to her. He continued to cheat on her, despite her efforts to protect herself financially. What would happen if she followed suit? A lone man who was qualified for the position was there. Alice was unable to think clearly at that particular moment, was beyond sad and simply wanted to trash herself. For heaven's sake, it was her wedding anniversary! Why was today her wedding day?Had she remained unaware of it, he would have simply shown up at the altar and made some foolish promises to her! She was drinking too much and her mind was screaming in agony. Alice mumbled, "No," "No, he has to pay for this," she said in a weak but determined voice. The bartender realized she had had enough, but he should mind his own business if she didn't want him getting involved. Alice stumbled to her feet and saw two of the men who were watching her from the corner. She would lose that flower she had been holding onto for that lowlife tonight! Natalie gave her a smile, at her choice and stumbled into the man's company.

She slammed her buttocks against the couch and sat down next to him since she was too tired to stand."Hey," grinning, she made an attempt to get his attention even though he was turned toward her.The man thought she was pitiful and was simply waiting to go home because he was either too sluggish or didn't want to go there yet. Now that the bride was inebriated and acting so pitiful and foolish, he started to wonder what had become of her."Hi," he said."Would you like to spend a night with me?" She enquired. Alice was experiencing abdominal fullness, which could be the source of her lightheadedness. "I'm gorgeous too," she said when he just stared at her without saying anything, her.Maxwell merely grinned and laughed to himself. "What took place? By now, shouldn't you be married?" Although Alice's heart was already hurting, his question just served to pique his interest."No wedding," she said, letting her head drop to reveal her tears. "No wedding because..." Alice stared up at him, then lowered her head to rest on his shoulder. She had had enough of the lightheadedness."... since I broke up with the groom. What a jerk he is!" She let her frustrations be known.Maxwell didn't say anything while he assembled the puzzle, but eventually he realized what was happening. "You know, no one will question you about it because...as you can see…"

She took a swallow. Pushing back her head to look at him, Alice said, "I'm single and willing to sleep with you," his face directly in front of hers. She gave a pitiful smile. "Will you?" She enquired."What's your name?" After a long while of staring at her lips and face, he inquired abruptly. Although he disliked being touched, he felt immobilized at the moment. Yes, as he wasn't there at the reception voluntarily, he didn't know the name of that couple. "Alice..." was her response. "Alice Dennison," she said in closing. "What's yours?" In a whisper, she said. Her head continued to rest on his shoulder. He said, "Maxwell ," to her. "And I acknowledge that you were deceived," he sent her another glance. "Don't make me sad again, just..."The statement, "You want revenge," wasn't a Without a doubt, he was confident."He cheated, and I want to too," she said, her cheeks almost completely red. "And you want to use me as a way to cheat on him. When he turned to face her once again, he grinned, "You dumped him and you are single." "Will you sleep with me then?""Well, there's just this...kind of condition," he said."Condition?"

Alice retreated. "Is that something, money? It is not a major concern. She seemed so pleading, "Just go to sleep with me."His words, "I won't let you go, Alice," touched her deeply when he said her name. "Why?""You'll be mine as soon as you lay with me. His eyes conveyed his earnestness, but Alice was too inebriated to comprehend that "I'll own every part of you." For an instant, Alice became emotionless at his remarks and showed no sign of internalizing them. "That's..." When she tried to ask him questions, he would not answer her."That's the deal," he said, finishing it for her. He sounded firm, "You lay with me, I make you mine." "So think about it before you regret getting revenge." Following his remarks, he sipped from his glass, thinking she would withdraw, but her remarks simultaneously startled and thrilled him."I won't regret it, make me yours." Alice made up her mind that she wanted it and wasn't going back."You sure baby girl?" Maxwell had to make sure."I want it." He smirked at her response, which she had given. After that, a deal was made.***Once they were in a hotel room, Maxwell saw the girl undress in front of him. After washing her face, he made her lie in bed beneath him. This was it; although it wasn't what she had planned to do, she was finally going to give her flower away to a stranger. Alice's dream of this particular time, spent with just one man, was the her fiance, the man she adored. And for that reason, "Will you kiss me?" She asked Maxwell to behave more like the first time she had envisaged. She was so tight there that Maxwell quickly discovered she was a virgin when he found himself kissing her and complying with all of her requests.

When he made sure to proceed cautiously and carefully with her in order to prevent her from crying any more, their one-night stand transformed into a lovely romantic relationship. The next day was quickly approaching. When Alice awoke, she felt a throbbing sensation run down her spine and a ray of sunlight fell across her face. She forced herself to sit up, still unsure of her life or herself, only to see a naked man sharing a bed with her. She gasped as recollections of last night suddenly flashed through her head as she wondered. After having sex with an unknown person, what has she done? She was wearing her ruined wedding dress and scenes from last night were racing through her head. She needed to, but she had nothing to wear.

She was forced to wear her wedding dress since she had to depart before he woke up. She then departed the room.Shortly after she left the room, Maxwell woke up with a grunt. He had been sensing motions, but last night was so pleasant that he didn't even try to wake up until he was facing the sun-facing window. He sat up and noticed the female he had spent the night with wasn't in bed with him. Maxwell hurried to the restroom, and before long, the entire space became aware that she was gone. "How dare she?" With a somber expression, he clinched his teeth and mumbled. Last night, they came to an accord, and now she had; she's going to pay for this! Maxwell looked for his phone and called his helper to let her know he was at the hotel; he had to go find that girl and get her to pay.
