It had been hours since she left like that.. after watching the tapes.. after their kiss. The way it all happened, he hadn’t thought things would turn so complicated. The way she left without uttering any word or even looking at him, forced him to imagine a lot of negative things.
All he wanted was to soothe her pain, ease her cries and relieve her from stress and the best way to do that during that weak moment was kiss her? NO!! He could have done anything but that. Their relationship was already on the verge of breaking down in a few weeks. Even though he doesn't want it, he was not sure about Athaliah. Though it doesn't mean that he won't fight for himself if Athaliah doesn't agree to continue the marriage with him. He will give up his everything to convince her he surely won't force her into anything like he thought before.
