Chapter 2 Is that child mine?

"Rose! How's your report? What did the doctor say?"

As they were talking, When a middle-aged woman walked out of the ward behind them and asked Rose.

Her voice is filled with concern and loves toward her.

That woman was Grace Reed, Rose's mother. From the past few days, she saw that Rose was not feeling well and her face also looked pale, so she asked her to have a check-up.

She knows that her daughter was working very hard to support their family and to pay her father's medical expenses. Because of some failure in their business, her father had a heart problem and stayed in the hospital.

She was also just a housewife, and don't have any work. So she can't help her. Seeing her working so hard, her heart aches for her daughter...

Just now, she knows that she went for the check-up and she was waiting for Rose in the ward of her father. However, after waiting for so long, when she saw that she didn't come back, she come out to look for her.

Rose saw her mother and she adjust the cold expression on her face. She didn't want her mother to her worried about her...

However, before she could reply, Nancy who was standing beside her spoke first!

"Hello Auntie, I am here to see Uncle. How's he?"

Rose didn't tell her mother that she had no longer friends with Nancy... That's why her mother still doesn't know about her true colors. She also didn't tell her mother about how James and Nancy cheated on her... So she still thought that Nancy was her friend...

"He is fine! It's good that you come..." Grace looked at her and said gently.

Nancy paused for a while then thought something and said, "Auntie I know it was also shocking for you to know that Rose was pregnant before marriage! I had tried to stop her not go to that kind of place it was not safe but..."

She didn't finish her sentence like she don't know what to say...

From her words, it looks like she was saying that, Rose always likes to mess around and go to those kinds of places...

Grace hear her words and was in shock. "Rose... What she was talking about? You... You are pregnant!"

Nancy looked at Rose with a proud smile on her face.

Rose knows that she was deliberately scaring her mother by saying all this. She was so angry that she wanted to curse her when suddenly a man come and stood behind her. He take the test results from Rose's hands and looked at the time of pregnancy and asked, "Is that child mine?"

Rose turn around and looked at the man standing in front of her and was shocked...

The man has a perfect face, it was like he craved the knife. His deep blue eyes are like a deep sea. No matter how you look into them, you can't see through... He was about 1.88 meters tall and was wearing a black suit with a white shirt.

The clothes around his body fit him very well. You can see that he has a perfect body with broad shoulders and a narrow waist.

There is also some kind of strong aura around his body, which make people afraid of him and stay away from him...

However, the reason why Rose was shocked to see him was not that he was too handsome...

It was because the man in front of her looked like the same man with who she had sex in her dream...

She couldn't help but ask, "Was that night... Was it not a dream?"

The reason why Rose thought, that night was a dream was that, because she felt that such a handsome and perfect man never existed in the world!

Now looking at such a perfect face and tall man with a well-built figure, standing in front of her Rose thought, "It seemed like it was not a dream... That man is really excited in the world.

Suddenly Rose felt like the temperature around her body dropped and she felt a chill in her back. Rose looked at the man in front of her and saw that his blue eyes were so cold. He looks very angry...

It was like he was going to eat her...

She can guess that the coldness she was feeling now, coming from his body but she don't know why he was so angry!

Kevin looked at the woman standing in front of him and his eyes turned cold. His eyes are so cold that, he can even freeze the person in front of him...

Kevin feel like his heart was filled with frustration and he feels very angry. That was his first time but that woman...

She thinks that it was a dream!

He was feeling very angry however, he don't know how to vent his anger...

"Ahhh..."

Suddenly, Rose screamed.

Because she was suddenly lifted by Kevin and he carried her in his arms. Rose was so shocked and subconsciously put her arms around his neck, because of the fear of falling.

"What... What are you doing?" She asked. Her voice was shaking...

She don't know why, but she was feeling a little scared... She don't know what this man was trying to do...

Rose kept moving her body and tried to break free from his arms, however this man had no effect...

Kevin didn't reply to her and just carried her like this and walked out.

Everything happened so fast that Grace who was standing beside Stella, didn't react on a time. But when she saw that, a strange man carried her daughter and walked away... She was shocked. She was worried about Rose and chased after them anxiously...

"What are you doing? Where are you taking my daughter?"

She shouted from behind.

However, the man didn't stop. It looks like he didn't hear her.
