Chapter Six

All the higher officers in New York City assembled at Aaron Knight's mansion. All are under great pressure to find his kidnapped bride. There was no sign of her whereabouts. Johnathan Brooke trying his best to find out who the hell had a gut to kidnap his daughter.

"The catering staff who arrived at the venue today aren't the people we appointed. We got the CCTV footage of Miss. Brooke was carried away by A black SUV, we lost track after they crossed the south bridge".

"I don't give a damn about your explanation, I want my fiance back home within 24 hours, search everywhere, summon everyone, but I need her back safe and sound".

Aaron roared at everyone with beast wrath. He couldn't control his anxious rage. When they came to know that she was kidnapped, everything became a mess, and Alina's mother was taken to emergency care because of the shock attack she got because of this. 

"Aaron, calm down yourself, we will do everything in our power to find her as soon as possible, nothing will happen to my princess".

Johnathan assured him with a confident tone, he tried to calm down hearing his words, he would break the whole world of that person who was responsible for this, he swore to himself with great rage, only if he knew that person was way beyond his level.

Alina Woke up from a deep slumber, soon she winched in the pain sharply rising on her neck, her eyes were still blurry, she adjusted her vision and was surprised to see herself in a completely unknown place, how did she come here, soon the earlier incident flashed front of her eyes, her eyes went to pop up out of shock realizing, she was supposed to be at the venue right now, she hurriedly gets up from the bed she has been laying all this time, her conscious is still not stable, she can still feel the dizziness. She looked for her phone to contact Aaron, but there was no sign of her belongings. She came out of the room in a completely messy state.

"where the hell am I? Hello? Is anybody there? Hello"

She shouts out hoping someone will respond to her call, but there is no sign of people around. It was nerve-wracking to be in an abandoned place without anybody to help, her body shaking out of fear, but she didn't fail to observe her surrender, it's not as scary as places in crime movies, it's an elegant cubicle-style room with some furniture, it does not look like a house. She nervously looked everywhere to spot a human there. There is not even a Clock to know the time, is she locked for too long? That's the first thing that came to her mind when she lost in her thoughts, suddenly she jolted on the spot hearing a raspy voice.

"Is my wife up from her beauty sleep?"

She turned with ultimate shock hearing the voice she never thought to hear in this situation, she froze on stopped seeing Leo standing behind her with a charming smile, 

"Leo!!!"

She yelled at him in a stunned way. He came towards her with steady steps and reached out to her forehead to wipe the sweat on it. She came out from the shock and pushed him away with anger.

"oh so feisty. I like it".

"What is this new drama Leo? Why am I here? And why you are here? You better have a valid reason for this".

"Alina, don't you realize the situation still? You are safely taken from your wedding venue".

"what the.. You kidnapped me!!". She asked him with an unbelievable tone, if she guessed correctly, that's exactly what was meant by his statement.

"I don't like that word, if that's convincing to you, then yes, I kidnapped you".

He replied with a casual tone as if this was something very normal. He casually took a seat on the sofa after hanging his blazer on the rack, he dialed the telephone on the table and asked her in a smiling way.

"You must be hungry after hours of sleeping, what would you like to have? Shall I order your favorite Italian menu?"

"Leo this is not funny, let me go from here. My parents and Aaron might be worried about my absence. Please don't do this, if you have any problems with me, we can talk about it after going there".

She asked him nicely in an attempt to behave normally with him. She doesn't want to cause a scene screaming around. He looked at her with a silent look. She couldn't tell what was going on in his mind, after a minute of silence he got up from the sofa and took a few steps towards her side.

"last time I told you what I want from you, let's end this unnecessary argument, let's get married again".

"Leo, I already told you my answer. I don't want to get back to that life anymore. I have already built a peaceful life for myself here. I couldn't go back to where I was treated as an unwanted piece of shit".

She replied coldly, fighting back the tears from not falling. He stared at her brokenly hearing her words, he deeply regretted his past behavior with her. How much he has hurtled this innocent angel. He indeed took her for granted when she was with him. He cupped her cheeks and brought her close to his face.

"My few simple sorry won't justify my past behavior with you. I'm not asking you to forgive me. All I'm asking you to give me another chance, let me show you the love you always wanted from me. Please, Alina".

She felt vulnerable seeing his sorrowful eyes. He is not crying, but his eyes clearly show how much he means those words. He desperately waited to hear a yes from her mouth. If she gives him one last chance, he will exhibit to her how much he loves her. But somewhere there is still something stopping her from going along.

"no Leo. It's not possible. You have taken enough time from my life. Now I don't have a reason to give you another chance. We have ended this mutually. Let it be that way".

Her stubborn reply somewhere triggered his anger. He couldn't react harshly knowing her every behavior was acceptable after the damage he had caused in the past. She removed his hand from her face and looked for the door. Then she saw the small exit door which was the way to leave the place. She hurriedly took her steps towards the door, she thought for a second with confusion seeing him normally set back to the sofa, without stopping her from going. She is happy he gave up this soon. She quickly opened the door and tried to step out. But hurriedly came few steps back with a horrifying expression on her face.

The whole surrounding was built around the middle of the Ocean. Her brain screamed violently after realizing they were on his private yacht. She almost fell into the ocean because of him. After composing herself from the shock she matched towards him with raising anger.

"what are you doing Leo, take me back to my place right now".

"sorry sweetheart, but I can't do that, I can't let you marry that moron".

"Who the hell are you to decide that? I'm gonna marry him and you don't bloody have the authority to stop me".

"I will Alina, I won't let history repeat!"

"What?"

"He is the bloody murderer of Natasha!"

She forgot the way of speaking, hearing something terrifically shocking. She looks at Leo who is looking at her with deadly anger on his face.
