Chapter 8: Why did you left us?

I was nervous, and a lot of negative thoughts entered my mind, but I just strengthened my heart. I remained standing, not far from Liam, as I watched them make out and laugh. After a while, I took a deep breath to gain courage.

When I walked closer to Liam, he immediately looked at where I was standing. Just like before, when he saw me at the restaurant, he stopped laughing. I kept swallowing because I didn't know that I wouldn't do it easily.

"Liam," I called him in a low voice.

It was loud there, but I knew he read my pronunciation of his name through my mouth. He just kept looking at me as if he was waiting for what I would say next, but I couldn't understand myself because I couldn't open it, and almost no words came out of my mouth.

I could see the mixed emotions in his eyes as we looked at each other. I see joy, sadness, anger, and sullenness. The only emotion I can give him is begging. I hope he talks to me again.
